1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and naya24 ("we", "us", "our", "naya24"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at naya24.bio. By creating an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the naya24 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and unconditionally accept them.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and maintain an active naya24 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person — corporate entities may not register player accounts.
• You are accessing naya24 voluntarily and in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion or cooling-off period on naya24 or any gaming platform participating in shared exclusion registries.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not been previously permanently excluded from naya24.

naya24 performs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You may be required to provide government-issued identification (such as a CNIC or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or promotional benefits are released. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by naya24 may result in account suspension. All KYC documents are processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

naya24 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any point during the account lifecycle — not only at initial registration. If a player is found to have misrepresented their age, all winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be forfeited and the account permanently closed.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) naya24 account only. Registering, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. naya24 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be permanently suspended and all balances, bonuses, and winnings contained within them will be forfeited.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current registration information at the time of account creation. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. naya24 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your naya24 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. naya24 will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact naya24 support immediately.

naya24 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security layer on all accounts. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA via their account security settings. naya24 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials adequately.

All account activity on naya24 is logged and may be reviewed for security, compliance, and responsible gaming purposes in accordance with our applicable policies.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the naya24 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). naya24 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

The minimum deposit amount on naya24 is Rs 200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction request. naya24 reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with reasonable prior notice.

Deposits are credited to your naya24 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on inter-bank processing times in Pakistan. naya24 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal requests are processed for fully KYC-verified accounts. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes during naya24's operational hours. Bank transfers may take longer. naya24 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or accounts exhibiting unusual activity patterns.

Funds deposited on naya24 may only be withdrawn to a payment method that belongs to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a third party will be declined, and the account may be subject to additional security review.

naya24 complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Unusual transaction patterns may be flagged for investigation and may result in temporary account suspension pending review. Where required by applicable law or regulation, naya24 may be obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

naya24 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is made, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit conditions, eligible game restrictions, and expiry periods. These promotion-specific terms are to be read in conjunction with these overarching Terms & Conditions.

Standard principles governing all naya24 bonuses include the following:

• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus balance or winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements and eligible games for each bonus are stated clearly in the individual promotion terms at the time of the offer.
• Only one bonus may be active per naya24 account at any given time unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully met.
• naya24 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the player opting in to that offer.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance without compensation.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the naya24 platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for reviewing all bet details — including stake amount, odds, and selection — prior to confirmation. naya24 does not accept requests to cancel or void confirmed bets except in circumstances expressly provided for in these Terms or in the specific product rules applicable to the game or market in question.

naya24 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where:

• The bet was placed on a market with an evident pricing error that a reasonable person would have recognised as incorrect.
• The bet was placed after the relevant event had already concluded (late bets).
• There is evidence that the outcome of the relevant event had been determined by fraudulent means, including match-fixing.
• There is reasonable evidence of insider knowledge being used to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Technical errors, system glitches, or data feed failures resulted in incorrect odds being published.

For casino and slot games, all game outcomes are determined by certified RNG software. Published RTP rates are accurate and maintained by independent audits. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's wallet.

naya24's sportsbook covers PSL cricket, international cricket (Tests, T20Is, ODIs), football, kabaddi, UFC, and a range of other sports. Markets and odds are subject to change prior to event commencement. Live in-play markets close at the discretion of naya24's trading team.

7 Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the naya24 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account on naya24 under any identity or combination of identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the naya24 platform.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in any naya24 game or system for financial gain.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with naya24 employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets or wagers using funds derived from illegal activity (money laundering).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing a self-excluded account through any means, including creating a new account during an active self-exclusion period.
• Allowing a third party to operate or place bets using your naya24 account.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other technical means to disguise your location for the purpose of circumventing naya24's eligibility requirements.

naya24 employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor account and wagering behaviour on an ongoing basis. Accounts exhibiting patterns consistent with prohibited conduct may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice to the account holder.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the naya24 platform — including but not limited to the naya24 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game assets, promotional materials, and data — is the proprietary intellectual property of naya24 or its licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved.

Your naya24 account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the naya24 platform for personal entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, commercially exploit, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any naya24 content without the prior written consent of naya24.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

naya24 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the naya24 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

naya24 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls to protect the personal and financial data of all Pakistani players. naya24 does not sell player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

naya24 may share player data with third-party payment processors, KYC verification services, game providers, and regulatory authorities where required for the operation of the platform, fraud prevention, AML compliance, or by applicable law.

10 Limitation of Liability

The naya24 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While naya24 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party service disruptions, or events outside naya24's reasonable control may result in temporary platform unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, naya24's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. naya24 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from a player's use of the naya24 platform.

Gambling inherently involves financial risk. The player acknowledges that they may lose some or all funds deposited on naya24. naya24 accepts no liability for losses incurred through normal gameplay on any of its products.

11 Suspension & Termination

naya24 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where naya24 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct.
• The account poses an AML, KYC, or regulatory compliance risk.
• Closure is required by applicable law or the instruction of a relevant authority.
• The player has requested self-exclusion under naya24's Responsible Gaming policy.

Players may voluntarily close their naya24 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting withdrawal criteria) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method following standard KYC and AML checks. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, naya24 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance as a proportionate remedy for damages suffered.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the terms of naya24's operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising between a player and naya24 in connection with these Terms or the use of the naya24 platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting naya24's customer support team.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, players may escalate the matter through naya24's formal dispute resolution process. Details of the formal dispute resolution procedure are available from the naya24 support team. naya24 is committed to resolving all disputes promptly, fairly, and in good faith.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights available to you as a consumer under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

13 Amendments to These Terms

naya24 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, naya24 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or a prominent in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the naya24 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the naya24 platform and may contact support to close your account.
